Send site questions, corrections, or feedback to the Play Magic 8 Ball team.
Write to hello@playmagic8ball.com for general messages, bug reports, accessibility notes, content corrections, and partnership questions. Put a short subject line that names the topic, such as Broken shake on games or Partnership inquiry, so the message is easier to sort.
This inbox is for the independent Play Magic 8 Ball site. It is not a Mattel support channel, and it cannot help with retail warranties for a physical toy.
Response expectations
We read messages as a small editorial project, not as a round the clock help desk. Straightforward bug reports and clear corrections usually get a reply within a few business days. Vague one line notes without a URL may take longer or get a short ask for more detail.
We may not reply to every compliment, meme, or off topic pitch. If your message needs an answer, say what decision or fix you are waiting on. If you are reporting harm, impersonation, or a privacy concern, mark that clearly in the subject line.
Do not expect the ball itself to answer email. Novelty answers stay on the site tools. Human replies come from the people maintaining the pages.
What to include in a bug report
Start with the full page URL. Add your device and browser if you know them, such as iPhone Safari or Windows Chrome. Describe what you expected, what happened instead, and whether it happens every time or only once.
Screenshots help when a layout breaks or a button label looks wrong. For shake tools, note whether the question field, reveal animation, copy button, or history list failed. If custom answers will not save, say whether storage is blocked, private browsing is on, or you recently cleared site data.
Repro steps beat adjectives. A short sequence like open /games/, tap Play round with an empty field, see no empty message is more useful than this page is broken.
Partnership and link notes
Partnership mail should say who you are, what you are proposing, and why it fits an entertainment Magic 8 Ball site. We are open to clear collaborations that respect the independent disclaimer and do not pretend the site can predict outcomes.
Unsolicited guest posts that only rephrase existing learn articles, paid link schemes, or requests to hide sponsorship language are a poor fit. If you want a tool mentioned in a roundup, link the real URL and describe the audience. We may decline quietly when the fit is weak.
Educators and streamers can ask about classroom or segment use. The tools are free in the browser. We do not provide private white label installs through this inbox.
Privacy pointer
Before emailing about cookies, ads, or stored history, read the privacy policy. Classic shakes and themed tools run in the browser, and custom answers save locally on your device when that feature is used.
If something in the policy is unclear, quote the section and ask a specific question. That gets a faster, more accurate reply than a general worry with no context.
